[Plugin: Business Directory Plugin] Ratings notification

Is there any setting on the new Ratings Module that can notify me when a user submits a review? Additionally, is there a way to monitor reviews? it would be nice if the review could be marked as pending until approved by an admin. That way if you receive spam as reviews, or if someone leaves an unfair review, it can be removed if needed.
