Hmmm. I don’t know that I’ve ever tried that before. Sounds like an omission on our part. For now, I don’t think you can do that. But you should be able to. We’ll work on fixing that.

Where are you seeing the listing of users for a listing? That’s not part of the Business Directory edit or submit form, user or admin side that I can see. I was thinking it was, but I think I was thinking about AWPCP instead.

Can you provide a screenshot where you see this problem?

If i go to edit listing from backend as an administrator and go to edit post author – it only lists users that are admin.

As it turns out, that’s coming from WordPress, not BD. We don’t have any way to populate that list with our own preferred list of users so you can assign a listing to anyone. We’re not sure if we can override it, which is why it took awhile to respond. We’ll continue to look into it, but so far it doesn’t look possible.
