Thank you for your patience. We debugged the widget over the weekend and found there was an error in the API where it failed to return limited product results even when you passed a certain range. At any rate, it should work as intended now.

What version of the plugin are you using? I’ve not had that problem since upgrading to v1.0.5 nine months ago.
