[Plugin: CalculatorPro Calculators] Calculator Choices not showing

After I install the plugin and go to adjust the settings to pick the calculators, there is no list to pick from .

all that appears is

Add This Calculator To Your Site
Step 1: Select a Calculator

and that is it.
