[Plugin: Caldera forms] Populating fields based on option selected in dropdown

I would like to populate a Caldera form with data held in custom fields within the Products post.

I have installed Woo Commerce and set up some products with custom fields. I then have set up a Caldera Forms form with a dropdown list that has the product name. Upon selecting the product name I would like the data held in the custom fields associated with the particular post to be automatically populated into elements on the form. I then use that data to perform further calculations.

My questions are:
1. Can this be done easily using Woo Commerce and Caldera Forms. I can use another combination of plugins to achieve the outcome if it is easier to do?
2. If it can be done then does anyone have the patience to talk me through it? I am somewhat new to WordPress.
