Plugin can’t get real visitor IP

    My WP-Statistics seems to have made a mistake. It can’t get the real visitor IP, which causes the IP obtained later to become 127.0.0.1. I forgot what settings I have modified, but I have not moved all the php files of WP-Statistics. This problem is very distressing for me. Can it be fixed? How to fix?
    CDN: On (the plug-in is updated to get the IP normally, but I have modified some settings and suddenly it becomes 127.0.0.1)
    PHP version: 7.3.3 non-thread safe
    IIS version: 7.5
    SSL status: On
    WP version: 5.1.1
