[Plugin: Capability Manager] upload image on add listing

In Listings – Theme Options – General Settings: In “upload listing” I have deselected

“Only Register Users may post a Listing”.

Yet, when customers (non-registered) want to upload an image, they are forced to register.

How could I fix that?

Which I did and had to click on https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/capsman/
then I went to plugin manual and that is I believe in German.

I have no idea what to do, after I add a new plug in
