[Plugin: Captcha] new update won't let us to change settings

I can confirm I’m seeing the same behavior.

Actually, the problem seems to be worse that that for me. Since saving settings Captcha no longer even shows on the registration page or on comments

confirmed, not working on any forms, not even for not registered members

It’s still working on another site where I haven’t gone near the Captcha settings page.

but i found temporary solution
install an old version (doesn’t matter which one)
change your settings
update the plugin and in any situation don’t go near BWS Plugin section till someone fix this issue

if you don’t have old version, use this:

I’m having a the same issue and I can confirm that no settings are getting saved into the database.

The ‘cptch_options’ entry is there in the wp_options table, but it is set to an empty array ‘a:0:{}’.
