[Plugin Cart66 Lite] – Receipt Cannot Print

  • There seem to be a bug in the printing portion of the Receipt also in this plugin. The “view friendly receipt” link leads to a receipt page which has a PRINT RECEIPT button. When clicked on it does nothing. The PRINT RECEIPT button does not work on the order receipt page, the emailed receipt page and also the web receipt page. The only receipt page that works with the printing is on the Cart66 Order page under the Action/Receipt. That one works okay to print but customers will never get to go here as it is only seen by the web administrator. I hope someone from Cart66 will look into this bug and create a fix or update again soon. I was almost ready to donate but this plugin still got more bugs to take care of before it can work properly.

    I did some more testing and noticed that the print receipt button works in FireFox but not in IE7. I can print the receipt in both IE7 and FireFox only under Action/Receipt. It could be a IE7 bug somewhere? Anyone want to chime in on what may be the problem?
