[Plugin: Cart66 Lite :: WordPress Ecommerce] Mess with shipping method

Hi,
I’m using Lite version, it says I’ve got version 1.5.0.1 (on the all plugins page).
I have downloads, clothes, shoes — all this has different shipping methods. When I click to buy something and go to checkout page it shows dropdown menu so that I can choose any of methods to pay for. Say, a pair of shoes can be shipped at any rate.

If I remove any of shipping methods then all producs to be shipped by these methods are being removed too.

How do I fix it?
