[Plugin: Category and Page Icons] Icons upload but not listed, so can't use them

The upload panel does upload the icons, but never updates the list.

The original path in Settings was to wp-content/uploads/icons.

Tried changing it to the full path – no change.

Tried looking in other panels of this plugin to see whether they would list the icons, but not there either.
