[Plugin: Category Images II] Broken in WordPress 3.1.1?

I had 3.1 before and it worked perfectly.

However, I just upgraded to 3.1.1 and now the plugin isnt working.
It doesn’t have the column in my custom terms (for a custom taxonomy) list so I can’t assign an image.

Any ideas why?
