[Plugin: Category Merge] Almost works with 3.0.3

Been using this for a merger/migration project and it is not completely broken. It does merge posts categorized under one category to another, but when you look at post count under categories, it sometimes shows old numbers, like the data tables aren’t all updated.

This could definitely benefit with some better integration with tags, because not only do you see a list of categories but all tags. If you happen to have a tag name that is the same as a Category name, good luck guessing which is which.
