Plugin caused 500 error after user-agents modification

Hello,
I just tried earlier to add some exceptions and since then i only get an error 500. I followed various tutorials that made my get rid of this, but now i can`t use the plugin anymore.
Even if i download it again, as soon as I press activate it: 500 error.
