Plugin Causes Admin Accessibility Issues

When activated on my multisite network or a single site, some admin pages become inaccessible. Particularly, I cannot access admin pages located in the network directory. When I try, the preloader stalls indefinitely.

I’ve tested the changelog to insure it is the cause of these accessibility issues and, I’m not sure how or why, but it most definitely is the cause. Is there a way to fix this?
