    Hello, we discovered late last week that the author box from the plugin (which we had placed at the end of content) was causing all of our content above it to disappear in a post.

    There was also a secondary issue where it was conflicting with the Ultimate Blocks plugin. When both are enabled it doesn’t allow the site to save drafts or publish and we get an error saying it can’t save and we get a critical error when we preview.

    Hello, I’m hoping to circle back on this. We are still experiencing the same issue after the most recent update of the plugin. Is there any chance anyone else is experiencing similar issues?

    Hi @lindsaysmith,

    The first reported issue seems to be also a theme/plugin conflict. Have you installed any new code before the issue started to happen? Best approach is to check for a plugin conflict. Please switch to a default WP theme (like Twenty Twenty) and check if the issue persists. If it does, deactivate all the plugins but ours and check again. If the issue is gone, please reactivate one plugin at a time and check if the issue is back. Once it does, we will know it is latest activated plugin the one causing conflict.

    If you cannot switch themes and/or deactivate plugins, you can use the “Health Check and Troubleshooting” plugin, which allows you to check without affecting other users/visitors to your site.

    Please let me know what your findings are so we can have a starting point to look into this.

    Hello, my apologies for the delay. I believe we have determined that the conflict happens with the Ultimate Blocks plugin. When we disable Ultimate Blocks and enable Molongui we don’t have any issues saving or publishing posts.

    When both are enabled we run into the issue of not being able to save a draft or publish a post. Any guidance you could provided would be appreciated.
