Plugin causes endless browser redirects

I have verified that this plugin causes problems on a WordPress site for some browsers on some systems.
When the plugin was enabled, iPhones, Safari on Macs, and some Android devices caused the browser to keep redirecting over and over until it eventually timed out. The screen flashes repeated for several seconds until the browser finally stops and the error message is display. Something about too many redirects, and that its possible that there is a circular redirect going on.
Exactly when I disabled the plugin, the redirect problem stopped. And when I re-enabled the plugin, the problem started happening again — so it’s definitely the plugin that’s causing the problem.
I was unable to reproduce the problem on my PC using FF, IE, Chrome or Safari. Nor was I able to reproduce it on my Samsung Android phone. But it was definitely happening for my client.
Ever heard of this happening? Do you know what the problem is?
