Plugin causes search bar error.

    can you try adding the following CSS code into the Custom CSS field, under Form Options in Optin Forms:

    .sticky-placeholder-wrapper{display:inline!important;}
.sticky-placeholder-label{padding-top:0px!important;top:0!important;}

    Let me now if it fixed the search bar ??
