Plugin causing admin white screen

  • I’ve pinpointed Mailpoet 2 as the cause of admin white screen on some pages. For example, I was getting a whitescreen every time I edited a menu and pressed save. The changes weren’t saved. Deactivating Mailpoet 2 resolved the issue.

  • Seems it is not compatible with PHP 7.3

    If I activate mailpoet 2, I get a whitescreen in admin.

    Deactivating Mailpoet resolves it.

    @meadows19 : I had not the exact same problem. My problem was that the mailpoet editor page was blank. But thanks a lot for your suggestion, because reverting to PHP 7.2 solved my problem.
