    Hi

I love you plugin and suggest it to all my photography clients.

I’m busy setting up a new client’s website and after installing/activating your plugin, and configuring the settings page as I usually do, I suddenly cannot access the site anymore. I get the ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error message.

I’ve cleared the cache and tried on three different browsers and still get the error message. The moment I deactivate the plugin, the site comes right again.

Also, when I get the error message, the browser URL reads: https://www.mysite.com/client-galleries instead of https://www.mysite.com

It’s like the Sunshine client-galleries are somehow spliced on the site’s domain??

    Can you please advise.

Disable all non-Sunshine plugins, use a default WordPress theme and re-save your Permalinks (don’t need to change anything). Then try again. We want to make sure there is not a conflict with any other plugin or your theme.

    Hi

    Thank you for your reply.

Before you replied, I deleted the plugin and re-installed it, clearing the cache, re-saving permalinks, etc. And things look better now. It’s still early days so I’m still monitoring it.

I test-drove my first client gallery and the Image Theft Prevention (disable right click) isn’t working, even when selected on the global and local settings.

This makes me worried that things aren’t yet sorted.

Could there be a reason the Image Theft Prevention isn’t taking affect?

Can you update to 2.5.8? That should have addressed any issues with the image theft prevention
