Plugin causing CSS/HTML issues

I updated the plugin, and now it’s stacking weirdly (2 per row): https://puu.sh/puC4s/fbbfd035d5.png
I’m 100% sure it’s this plugin, because I deactivated and the issue was fixed. Not sure what is happening. Help would be great.
