Plugin causing error

  • Hello, I installed the plugin yesterday and is the only one that have what I need! But it has some problems that I don’t know how to fix.

    After installed, I noticed that I can’t open my product page on admin, it says “Error 500: Script timed out before returning headers: edit.php”. The error is connected to the plugin, because when I deactivated it, the error vanished.

    Also, when my clients add a product, the preview price is different from the final price on the cart. On the product page, when they’re still seeing the product, the price is, for example, R$?237,98 (a wrong price), and in the cart, the price is R$?257,98 (the right price).

    Could you please confirm that you are using the latest version of WordPress, Woocommerce, and the plugin? We tried to reproduce the same scenario on our test site, but it seems to be working fine. Have you created multiple products and category rules on your site, and selected calculation mode in the setting “All Matched Rules”? If yes, this feature will apply all discount rules to a product that is applicable.

    Regarding errors on the backend product page, please run a compatibility check with other plugins, we recommend you reach out to our support team with your site access so that they can look into the issue at the earliest.
