  • Dear exellartech,

    Thanks for contacting us.
Unfortunately, in this case, we will not be able to help because we can see that your theme is creating another library, however, the plugin is designed for using the WordPress standard jQuery.

The issue could not be revealed from our side because we are not well aware how the custom written theme is structured and how it works.

If we can help you anyhow else, we will be glad to do that.

    Thanks

It has been almost one week, we are marking the ticket as resolved, because it is site specific and we have got no reply. Feel free to reply at any time with more information on this issue or un-resolve the topic if you do return to the ticket with a reply

could you please provide us an example of how you can code a page to show portfolio default to one category?

    thank you

@huge-it-support-1… Thanks for your reply I am not using the plugin for this case as my clients requirement was a bit different. So i have made a custom gallery now using custom Jquery I have installed in my theme.

But your plugin is very good and have a lot of option… I have used it in lot of other sites but unfortunately not this time.

    Thanks!

    Dear smhlew,

    Thanks for your question.
Please be kindly informed that the category functionality is a Pro option thus it cannot be discussed in www.ads-software.com forum threads.
You could contact us directly choosing the “I’m Pro user” category and we will reply to your email with the details in it.

Please include the link to this forum in your email.
    Thanks

    Dear exellartech,

We will be glad to assist you

    Thanks

As of January 9, 2018 the huge it portfolio is not compatible with jquery versions higher than 2.2.4. If in your custom theme you use a higher version, then the gallery will not show.

    Dear jocampo,

We would like to kindly mentioned that maybe the problem is related not to the jQuery version overall but especially to your theme’s jQuery version which is overwrtiting the plugins codes and influences on its functionality.

Have you faced any issues with the plugin?
If yes, we will be glad to help you to resolve the problem

    Thanks
