    Hi Frank

    We are having some trouble where your plugin is causing our customers on mobile to be shown an outdated basket due to some caching error, also the paypal button is greyed out and the user cant continue, i have tried turning off and turning on all the settings in the backend to see if i can find the exact cause and the issue still occurs. The only way i can seem to fix it is clear the cache on the website, clear the history from my phones browser and then it works, but this only works once and it keeps these products in the checkout until i clear the cache on the website again, as you might imagine this is not viable if we need to keep clearing the websites cache constantly for our customers to be able to use the checkout.

    Is there any chance you could have a look at this for us and see if you can find a solution?

    Thanks

    Hi Jamie;
    It looks as though Autoptimize is currently off, but I still have the issue of the checkout saying “cart is empty” even if I added a product. As far as I can tell you’re doing page caching on Cloudflare, my gut tells me that’s where the problem might be.

    Hope this helps,
    frank

    Hi Frank

    Thanks for your quick and helpful response, I just turned off autoptimize so you probably seen it switched off, i can continue to checkout if i clear all cache and history but after that the problem persists, i did think it was autoptimize causing the caching issue, but cloudflare could be the real culprit. I will send them a support ticket in the mean time.

    Once again thanks for being patient and having a look at this, its very much appreciated

    Kind Regards

    Well, turning off the “page rules” in Cloudflare (which is what I suppose you are using) should help confirming if the problem is at that level?

    Yeah thats what we are using, i will have a look into the page rules too and see if that can confirm if the problem is from there

    Thanks
