Plugin Causing Permalink and Metadata Issues

Hi – We’ve been using the plugin for sometime. Recently we updated our site to a new theme. Since that time, our custom posts created with the old theme are now operating oddly. When you edit and save one of these custom posts, the excerpt changes to the excerpt of an earlier post and the permalink changes to the url of that other post. We have deduced this is happening because of the WordPress SEO plugin. It is not the theme or any other plugin. Do you know why it would be causing these conflicts on posts?
