    Hello,

I hope this email finds you well. I have been using the connections business directory plugin together with some extensions and templates of it. Unfortunately, I have had on and off trouble for the past two weeks. My services page (link above) which is the main connections page displays an error as below

This page isn’t workingsavetimerelievers.org redirected you too many times.
    Try clearing your cookies.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

My host has been trying to help me identify the problem and this is their update.

As per the reported redirect problem with the page https://savetimerelievers.org/services/, upon enabling the error logging for WordPress, the page started to load with the following error:

Deprecated: cnOptions::getAllowPublicOverride is deprecated since version 9.11 with no alternative available. in /home/savetime/www/www/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4871

We found that this error is caused by the Connections Business Directory plugin, so you should report it to its developers.

I went through your database of conflicting plugins and none of the ones I use conflicts with connections.

The site also behaves in the same way when I install security plugins like wordfence, and all in one seo.

This problem is interfering a lot with my business as it happens at any time.
Is it possible to get a permanent solution for it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

RE: This page isn’t workingsavetimerelievers.org redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies.

This is odd. Connections does not have code in it that processes page redirection.

RE: I went through your database of conflicting plugins and none of the ones I use conflicts with connections.

Have you tried deactivating Connections to see if the page still redirects on its own?

I have visited the page in Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, and Chrome on Android. The page does not redirect for me.

Have you tried other browsers and in private browsing mode?

RE: My host has been trying to help me identify the problem, and this is their update.

Deprecations notices are benign and only occur when debugging is enabled. It is only a developer’s notice. The next version of Connections goes a step further and will only show it notices when the WP Environment type is set to development.

I hope this helps; please let me know what you learn.
