Plugin causing save/publish issues

With WP-o-matic activated, I am experiencing a weird issue. When creating a new post, I am unable to Save Draft or Publish. When doing so, I get a 404 page issue (regardless of which browser I am using).
Hitting back and refreshing the Posts page, shows the page was saved, but I don’t want this 404 page every time I try to do something. After a lot of troubleshooting (increasing PHP memory, disabling mod_security, etc), disabling WP-o-matic makes the issue go away.
Not sure why, but any thoughts? I would love to re-enable.
