Hi @makobaby01, sorry that we missed your initial post. It sounds like this may be a memory limit issue on your site. I recommend making sure that your memory limit is at least 512MB to see if that helps.

Hi @makobaby01. We recently released an update to Facebook for WooCommerce. Could you try updating to the latest version to see if it helps with the performance issues? Also, could you check if there are any fatal errors in WooCommerce > Status > Logs that are generated when Facebook for WooCommerce is active?

hi @drwpcom. About this plugin is affecting the performance of my site, it’s been a while, I think updating would not solve a lot, but I will do this today.

From what I saw through the most recent logs, it just appears to me:

And the fatal errors, besides being old, are from other plugins.

Besides when I use facebook bussiness there are products that appear in woocommerce as sychronized, but I can’t brand the product through facebook bussiness, only on normal facebook / instagram, not if this is the fault of my site, but I’m talking about it.

The suggestion I have is, instead on the facebook store redirect to the product page, take it to the cart already adding the product or go straight to the checkout?

Looking back at your original post, can you clarify the issue for me? Is the slowness experienced when trying to purchase a product from your Facebook shop or directly on your WooCommerce Store? Could you share the exact steps I can take to replicate the issue on your site to make sure I understand the issue correctly?

I left it poorly explained, I apologize.

In the facebook store, when we access the product, we select the variation and click to go to finalize the purchase on the website, however when clicking on this button, we are redirected to the product page, instead of the cart page or the final purchase.

That is, the customer has to select the variation again and click on add to cart, some do, but if it were my case, I would give up, unless I really want the product.

I tried to perform the same procedure, but now it worked, I believe that for the product to appear on business.facebook.com I need to mark it in a publication and then on business.facebook.com it starts to appear, but this does not have to worry anymore, we have bigger problems .

Ah I see. In that case, I recommend that you post this suggestion on our Ideas Board. Our developers use that board to gauge community traction on what features to include in future versions.
