Plugin causing too redirects error

    The plugin installs with no errors but when attempting to activate it “The website.com page isn’t working

    website.com redirected you too many times.
    Try clearing your cookies.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.”

    Tried installing using the WordPress upload and install and from the directory same error after manually deleting it via FTP the site worked again.

    Please help
