Plugin causing WP to generate invalid sitemaps?

Hello,
It seems that this plugin is causing WordPress to generate invalid sitemaps:
https://www.liberoscarcelli.net/wp-sitemap-taxonomies-cookielawinfo-category-1.xml
In fact, the sitemap points to a non-existent page… This is causing the entire sitemap to be unloaded from Google Search Console.
More in details, I have WordPress generating sitemaps for me, instead of using a SEO plugin
