Plugin CF7-Mautic not working in Multisite

hi,
I am using CF7, Mautic and WordPress.
the plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/cf7-mautic-extention/
is not working in WordPress Multisite, it does working in Single Site, tried in clean install.
I don’t see the settings panel at all.
this is the github repository of that plugin: https://github.com/amimoto-ami/cf7-mauticcan someone help to make it work in Multisite?
i believe it small adjustment… at least hope it does…thank you,
