    Plugin’s css file contains

    html {
        background-color: black;
    }

    and it’s obviously very annoying.
    Location – /wp-content/plugins/starcat-review/includes/assets/bundle/main.bundle.css?ver=0.7.5
    Line 539. Otherwise very good plugin.

  • Hi There,

    We have taken this issue as the top priority and fixing it in our coming release itself. Thanks much for the catch. I will make sure to let you know once the release is pushed up.

    And, May I know the Theme that you are using??

    Kind Regards.

    Hey, thanks for replying. I’m using Hello Elementor theme.

    Hi There,

    Thanks much for the information.

    We have already removed this on our development end and will be pushed in the coming release. I will make sure to let you know once the release is pushed up.

    Last Question. May I know whether this had any effect visibly on any of your pages? Were you trying to overwrite your theme style? Or this one had a direct effect while using Hello Elementor Theme?

    Looking forward to hear back from you.

    Kind Regards.

    All my pages were affected by it, yes. Even if I set my own background color I could see black under my footer when my page wasn’t more than viewport height.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please send me your website details and temporary admin access to your site so that I could have a look at this?

    Though we have fixed it on our development end, we want to make sure that this does not happen in any case. Since we are not able to replicate it in our local (it’s effect on pages), it would be better for me to have a look at it.

    Please send us your details by creating a ticket at pauple.freshdesk.com.

    Thanks much for your help.

    Kind Regards.

    Hi There,

    This issue has been fixed in our latest release. Please do update the plugin and let me know if this has been resolved on your end.

    And, please do consider updating the review if this solves your problem.

    Kind Regards.
