    I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial products here.

    Experience suggests that you may end up having to bat this one out with both the theme and the plugin developers.

    the theme is mustang and the plugin is wp-property, thank you kindly for your help
