When this plugin is enabled, the Woocommerce Custom Add to Cart button changes style / layout (see attached screenshot https://pasteboard.co/cCZsFXwwnxX7.jpg). It appears correctly when editing but changes on the front-end. I have tried with Storefront theme and other plugins (apart from woocommerce and elementor) but the button only changes style when WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin is enabled. The Add To Cart button returns to normal styling when the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway is deactivated.

Could I be pointed in the right direction to address please.

    Thanks.

    Hi @kleymc ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Are you perhaps using this Custom Add to Cart Button for WooCommerce extension?

If so, since this is related to a premium extension, please contact us directly here. You will need to log in to the account used to purchase the extension before you can access that page.

As per the forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions is done here but we will be happy to assist you further from there ??

On the other hand, if I misinterpret your concern in any way, please provide additional clarity on how you have added the Custom Add to cart button so that we can better assist you.

    Cheers!

Thanks for the reply Roxy. No, not using that premium plugin.

Using Elementor and Wocommerce’s Custom Add to Cart element (see screenshot)

    Thanks ??

    Hi,

I understand when you disable the Stripe extension the button appearance works as expected, when it is enabled, the appearance is not the expected, it changes. If I understood correctly, it is not affecting the functionality but the appearance.

Since it is related to Elementor, I recommend to reach out to their support directly here.

If you have any questions after that, feel free to let us know.

Ok, thanks Igor. I shall try with Elementor support.

    Hi @kleymc ,

That sounds like a plan ??

Since further help is required by Elementor support, I will go ahead and mark this as resolved.

Feel free to create a new topic should you need any further help with the WooCommerce Stripe Payment gateway plugin.

    Cheers!
