[Plugin: Church Pack] plugin activation generates warnings – plugin page no longer functions

I activated the plugin and get a bunch of warnings. While the plugin works, the plugin page no longer functions – ie if I try to activate/deactivate a plugin, no options show up to allow me to. The only way out was to delete this plugin. Once that was done, the plugin page started working correctly again.

Note: commenting out line 6 of this plugin’s file ‘option.php’ resolved this issue
