[Plugin: CKEditor For WordPress] Adding theme's custom button to CKEditor

I’m using a theme that have some custom buttons for inserting shortcodes for bubble buttons, popup info boxes, tabbed boxex, Author’s bio and so on. These buttons are in default editor. how can find and insert them to CKKEditor?
When I click on them a box appears to modify the shordcode settings for that purpose in a wysiwyg form.
