cannot remove twitter icon and cannot get whatsapp to show

hi , as mentioned above i cannot get the twitter icon do disapear , i have tryied removing the plugin and install again , and i cannot get the whatsapp icon to show on iphone ?? all the rest i can add or remove no problem , only the whatsapp and twittter giving me troubles
