[Plugin: Cleaner Gallery] Provide setting for columns > no. of attachment change

I’ve just implemented my upgrade to the newest version of Cleaner gallery and welcome the changes you’ve made.

I’ve changed my alterations so that they are now implemented via a custom cleaner_gallery_image filter and this suits me much better since I won’t have to do any work when upgrading ??

Except… Your newest version collapses the number of columns to the number of attachments if attachments < columns. I’ve had to comment this out so that it behaves as it used to.

Please can a setting be implemented that turns this functionality on or off?
