I apologize for the delayed response.
I guess there could be a conflict with your theme css that’s causing issue on Firefox.

As you are using the live chat plugin, you need not copy/paste any code. Clicking on ‘install plugin’ link in our dashboard with insert the code automatically.

But if you are looking to get ClickDesk work on particular pages/posts (contact, about us) etc., then you need to disable the plugin, clear the browser cookies & cache and login at my.clickdesk.com
You can find your live chat code.
Paste the code in the HTML tab of your page/post editor and publish. That would make ClickDesk live chat window appear only on those page ??
