[Plugin: Co-Authors Plus] How to link to Buddypress member page?

This plugin normally links to the author’s post archives. I am running a site with Buddypress and WordPress MU, and I would rather have the author’s names link to their Buddypress profile, so the link would be https://www.example.com/members/username, rather than https://www.example.com/blog/author/username/

Any idea on how to make those changes? Help is much appreciated!
