[Plugin: Co-Authors Plus] Space between two authors names

Hi,

I have installed Co-Authors Plus and I quite satisfied with the plugging. I only have a question: when the names of the authors are showed in the theme there is no space between them. For instance:

Marc Smith andJohn Smith

How can I put an space between the word “and” and “John”?

I only have put this in the single.php

<span>Written by:

<?php coauthors_posts_links(); ?>

<?php the_date(‘d/m/Y’); ?></span>
