[Plugin: Cocorico Social] social icons don't appear

Hello to the team Themes de France ?? (Cocorico, I’m French too)

First, thanks for your plugin. It seems really nice !

Problem : I can’t manage to make it work… And I don’t see where the problem comes from.

– Plugin activated.
– CSS loaded.
– Checked Above and After content.
– Selected only Facebook, Twitter & Google+ to test.
– Tested different widths for buttons.
etc.

How does the social icons are inserted ?

The theme is custom (wp_head() & wp_footer() are here, obviously) and site is not yet accessible by everyone.
