plugin code missing, folder is empty when download

Hi,

Has this plugin been discontinued or has there been some kind of mistake? I just tried to install this from WP it failed, downloaded it and the plugin folder is literally empty or am i somehow a complete and utter doofus head ???

?? keen to use this plugin it looks super useful.
