[Plugin: CodeColorer] Dynamic adjust of the size of code window

It would be nice if the width of the code window would adapt itself to the width specified by widecolumn and narrowcolumn of the css, so that more code is viewable in wide column mode!

I might try to patch this sometime, but probably it’d be an easy fix from the developpers.

Great piece of code, however, the best code formatter I have seen so far!
