[Plugin: CollabPress] Is it possible to assign a project to specific user/s?

Possibly a dumb question but I’ll ask anyway.
How would I go about assigning a project to a specific user or users? If I set up multiple clients as users within CollabPress, wouldn’t they see all the other projects also? Or am I going about it the wrong way? Should you only use one install for one client? Perhaps a large multisite with one site per client.
