[Plugin: Collapsing Categories] "Post count" shows only simple posts, not custom post type

Hello and congratulations for the best category tree for WordPress.
A minor question: I wish to show the post count on my tree.
I have 9 “simple” posts and 100 “custom post types” posts.
The tree only shows the 9 posts.
Can I include both kinds on the tree?
