    good day to you.

the shipping calculation is showing already and it’s calculated well but the issue is because I use Dokan Multivendor plugin the shipping is calculated based on the total weight of products bought from by individual vendors instead of the total weight of total products bought. so what I need you to do is make the bought plugin compatible somehow allowing the shipping of products bought on the site display total shipping fees based on total product bought irrespective of the vendors bought from, as let’s say purchase was made from vendor A with product weight at 6.12kg and Vendor B is 500g and my setting says for every product above or equal to 5kg should be charged at 1000 CFA base fee and 500 CFA per 1kg over 5kg and any product weight below 5kg is charged 1000CFA. on my site right now that would display shipping cost as 2000CFA for Vendor A and Vendor B 1000CFA which actually should be priced by the total of 6.12kg + 0.5kg which is 6.62Kg. At that, the total shipping cost should be 2000CFA because it’s still within the 1000 base coast for any product weight over 5kg

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

If I understand the issue correctly, the Dokan Multivendor plugins splits orders into subpackages by item vendor, and then applies shipping for each subpackage. That can’t be easily overcome by the plugin.

I believe you have an option in Dokan Multivendor to avoid orders being splitted. If not, it might be better to contact their support about that.
