Plugin Completely Blank

So I’ve been using Shortcodes Ultimate for many years and this is the first time I’ve had issues.
When I click the icon on the interface to choose which shortcode to use in my post, the next screen is completely white with zero content and nothing to customize.

Has anyone else had this issue?
