plugin conflict

    Hello,
    I noticed a plugin conflict between the Wholesale Prices Premium Plugin by Rymera and Giftable. When a wholesale customer has a specific product in the basket to which s/he could receive a free gift then this gift is not selectable. The gift can be viewed on the basket page, also one of the variables can be chosen but once ‘add to basket’ is clicked there’s a notification: “Sorry, this product cannot be purchased. ”
    Would you know what to do about this?

    Hi @photogenic- never used that plugin if you use their premium plugin you could ask their support for help.
    – You could create special gifts (gifts that will be only gifts – without variables) ?
