• Hello !

I’ve installed the plugin but had a fatal error when displaying the customiser.
So I deactivated the plugin “Advanced Local Pickup for WooCommerce” (that is actually creating email content as well for pick up stores), and the customisation now works.
Problem is that I’d like to keep both plugins, I need and like both of them ??
Is there something I can do myself to fix this?
    Thanks!

    Hey @sottise
Hope you’re doing well! What is the fatal error you were getting? And where was it showing?
    Thanks!

    Hey @hannahritner,

Well, there is no specific message. It shows only the header, without taking the design into account, with an error underneath saying (in french): “Une erreur critique est survenue sur votre site.” -> “a critical error occurred on your website”.
And basically there is nothing i can configure (nothing happen if I select something in the customizer on the left side)

I’ve been able to configure everything by deactivating the plugin “Advanced Local Pickup for WooCommerce” though.
I activated it again when my emails designs and configurations were done, and it seems to work when I make an order. Although I have the error message again if I open the Kadence emails customizer.

    Hey,

In the customizer, if you select a real order to preview with does that fix the error. A lot of plugins don’t work with the mockup order. You can set this in the email type and text.

    Ben
